wned as top winners, led by titleholder Ms Bea Ramos. The runners-up were Ms. Michelle Tesoro and Ms. Audrey Tuano.
This year’s delegates will have the opportunity to train with topnotch pageant coaches from Tiara Productions, the fabulous tandem of Francis and Glen.
The top three winners will receive cash prizes, of course. But nothing can really compare to the memories they will take with them by being a part of this event.
